HYALFEM gel

HYALFEM^TM is a unique gentle vaginal moisturizing gel that combines 3 key ingredients that have clinically proven to restore the vaginal moisture, increase lubrication, and regulate and maintain the normal levels of the vaginal pH. The ingredients are sodium hyaluronate, purified water and sodium lactate.

1.       Sodium hyaluronate is a salt of hyaluronic acid whichis a natural substance, present in the human skin. Sodium hyaluronate is a great moisturizer as it has the ability to retain and hold more water than any other natural substance; up to 1,000 times its own weight. ¹ Due to its water-attracting attributes, when applied topically, it helps the skin to absorb more water effectively thereby moisturizing the vaginal tissues.[1] Sodium hyaluronate has also proven to help heal small lesions in the vaginal walls when these are caused due to lack of lubrication.  

 

2.       Purified water is a natural ingredient that when combined with sodium hyaluronate, restores the natural hydration of the vaginal tissues. HYALFEM^TM contains more than 90% of purified water.
 
3.       Sodium lactate is an ingredient that regulates and maintains the natural levels of the vaginal pH in order to reduce the risk of vaginal infections.  Abnormality in the levels of the vaginal pH often occurs when there is estrogen deficiency in the body.²
Other ingredients of HYALFEM^TM provide lubrication to the vagina and calms symptoms such as itching and irritation.

How  HYALFEM^TM restores your vaginal moisture and lubrication 

1. When HYALFEM^TM is applied to the vaginal opening, the sodium hyaluronate immediately adheres to the vaginal walls forming a thin, moisturizing, non-oily film that retains high amounts of water. Sodium hyaluronate is permeable to water and it is not absorbed by the vaginal tissues. 

2.The active ingredient, purified water, which is within the sodium hyaluronate film, deeply penetrates and moisturizes the vaginal tissues.
 











3.After the application of HYALFEM^TM, the vaginal tissues restore its moisture and increases lubrication making the vaginal walls smoother and more elastic.
