Return policy
Conditions for return and refund
Damaged goods that are unopened and unused can be returned within 5 days from the date your order was delivered. Either a new replacement item will be shipped at no charge to you or a full refund will be credited to your account. Other required conditions:
- Products bear a Triton or Neolab label.
- Products are not damaged by fire, smoke, heat, water, negligence or improper storage.
Goods will not be accepted for return if these conditions are not met. No prescription or OTC products are restocked or resold after being returned.

Cancelation policy
Orders can be cancelled only if the goods have not been shipped from the warehouse.
Shipping policy
The standard shipping method is ‘regular ground’. If your order is lost in the mail, Triton Pharma will send you a replacement at no charge. However, you may be held liable for the loss if it is determined you have provided us with an incorrect mailing address.
Return shipping charges are covered by the customer while replacement shipping charges (within Canada) are covered by Triton Pharma.
